Required Competencies:

• Bachelors in Engineering (Automobile/Mechanical) with at least 3 years of experience
• Knowledge of workshop norms, procedure and management
• Excellent leadership, team management and customer handling skills

Major Responsibilities:

• Manage proper functioning of workshop.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, handle critical customer complaints
• Maintain agreed CSI and constantly monitor and analysis of CSI and formulate action plan for effective implementation for improvement
• Ensure timely & quality service at workshop.
