Job Requirements

Major Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly of the product segment sales target and market share target of designated area and follow the sales process.
  • Develop customer and dealer visit schedule. Prepare daily visit report and submit to Supervisor.
  • Ensure target market coverage and conduct potential location mapping. Create new dealers in identified areas by following proper dealer development process as per SOP.
  • Provide necessary support to dealers to identify opportunities, assists in secondary sales and make dealer aware about company's policies and program relevant to them.
  • Collect customer, market and dealer’s feedback. Observe competitor’s strategy time to time and provide the information to Supervisor.
  • Assist Supervisor and Marketing team to plan KAP activities. Conduct KAP activities as per planning and ensure KAP activities are within budgets. Timely forward of KAP report to the concerned.
  • Update receivable regularly and follow-up with dealer for timely recovery as per Credit Policy. Ensure dealer’s credit ageing status before taking order.
  • Maintain cordial relationship with dealers, customers and mechanics.

Required Competencies:

  • Master's degree in Management with 1 year of relevant experience in  marketing  OR, Graduate in Management with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Preference will be given to candidates having experience in  automobile or Lubricants sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and ability to work in a team 
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • A valid two-wheeler driving license is a must
