Tata Motors launches ‘Emperor Program’ for customers in Nepal
The official launch was attended by nearly 50 key customers of the company
- The members of the program will be entitled to an exclusive membership card to accumulate reward points on their spends
- The members will receive special offers, invitations to exclusive events and bonus points among other privileges
 
Tata Motors, with its sole authorized distributor for Nepal, Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd., today announced the launch of the country’s only loyalty program for the Commercial Vehicles (CV) industry - The Tata Motors Emperor Program. The program will cover all Tata Motors commercial vehicle customers, both existing and new. The program is a way of honoring the company’s key customers for their purchases through the Commercial Vehicle network. These customers accrue valuable reward points through the purchase and re-purchase of a new Tata Motors commercial vehicle, spares, service, vehicle reconstruction and annual maintenance contract.
The loyalty program is also a great way of giving recognition to the fleet owners, in developing class-leading services that makes owning and maintaining a Tata Motors CV more rewarding and enjoyable. The program will present the member with a series of privileges not only to expand their business but also with reward points and others benefits such as visits to motor shows and the company’s plants.

Once customers have fulfilled the requisite enrollment procedures, they will be issued a program membership card. The Tata Motors Emperor program membership will be valid for a period of 5 years across Nepal at all Tata Motors networks.
