Required Competencies:

• MBA from a reputed university
• Minimum 1 yesr of working experience in the field of sales and marketing 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A pro-active, self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.
• Needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills.
• Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills

Major Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and monitor marketing strategies and activities
• Coordinate with ad agency to develop and finalize ad material
• Perform post advertisement test and analyze effectiveness of advertisement
• Monitor and keep record of various advertisement of competitors
• Data analysis of product and market share
• Support Sales to increase the market share and meet the monthly and annual target
• Support sales to make the scheme and track the effectiveness of all scheme launched by the company
