Job Requirements
JOB RESOPONSIBILITIES:

Provide administrative support to ensure that operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.

Coordination with branch office for various administrative activities
-
Liaise with government agencies/ officials.

Ensure all permissions, requirements, renewal of legal and official documents and maintained record of such documents.

Facilitate auction process and generating a report for the same.
-
Maintain the Internal Audit Reports and ensure issues are closed in timely manner.
-
Represent company in specific events, incidents, accidents and the like.
COMPETENCY REQUIRED:
-
Masters degree in Management / LLB with 1 year of relevant experience OR Graduate in Management with minimum 4 years relevant experience

Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience in administration

Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team

A valid two wheeler driving license is a must
