Required Competencies:

• Graduate in Management
• At least 1 year of experience in finance/credit funtions (preferably in a bank/finance company)
• Excellent computer and reporting skills
• Good communicaton and persuasion skills
• Valid two wheeler driving license

Major Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customer 
• Visit customer’s site to gather requisite information to assess credit worthiness of potential customer 
• Complete documentation process of customers as stated by Credit Policy
• Obtain credit report from Credit Information Centre Limited (CICL) and if required from other BFIs before processing any credit files for approval
• Prepare credit appraisal of loan customer and process 
• Obtain all the security documents and other loan documents signed by the customer for credit implementation
• Liaise between Bank and customer for ownership transfer
• Prior reminders to all customers for regular installment payments
• Rigorous follow up of regularly defaulted customers to regularize installments
